First Games of the Season

​August 14th, 2012 our junior varsity and girls varsity played their firsts games against Terre Haute. The Jv game ended with a 3 to 0 score in favor of the Blazers. Goals were scored by Nathan S. and Hannah W. Two of the goals were assists from Jonathan and Jerred. The girls varsity game ended 4 to 1 in Blazers' favor. Goals were scored by Sophie, Claire, and Hannah P. One of the goals was an assist from Mackenzie to Hannah P. who put the ball away. The most encouraging part of the games for the coaching staff was to see the different skills being used on the field successfully. As a team we have dedicated a lot of time to learning foot skills and we are starting to see it pay off.
